They will also help alleviate any unnecessary water pressure under the floor which may be causing water to seep up through the key joint of the foundation.

How it’s done

  • We install an 18” Diameter by 22” Height Sump basin complete with a lid in the affected area or the lowest point on the foundation floor with plenty of clean drainage stone.

  • We then hook up a Canadian Made 1/3 Hp Cast Iron submersible pump with 3150 gallons/hour capacity.

  • From there we securely fasten the discharge pipe complete with a check valve to the wall and pipe it outside onto a cement pad away from the foundation.
